I use a professional steam cleaning truck mount system. I use products that removes deep down dirt, stains, and allergens in carpets. I use a pre-spray that is 99% Green with no butyls no sticky residue, no fillers, non-corrosive, free rinsing, VOC compliant, soften fibers and is non-resoiling.

I try to balance removing soils and stains and still allowing your carpet to dry in a few hours. If I need to do restoration work then it could take more additional time.

Agitating the carpet with a brush or machine lifts dirt, breaks down stains, and drives cleaning solution deep into the fibers for a thorough clean. This process loosens trapped grime, refreshes the carpet pile, and makes extraction faster and more effective. The result is cleaner, healthier carpets that look and feel like new.

Carpet protectors help spills bead up so you can clean them before they stain. They also make vacuuming easier and keep your carpet from wearing out too fast. Over time, they wear off, so it’s a good idea to reapply every so often to keep your carpets looking fresh.

Urine stains can leave behind uric acid crystals that cause lingering odors, even after regular cleaning. I treat the area with an enzymatic cleaner to break down the crystals and odor-causing bacteria, then flush them out with a specialized machine. I follow up with an odor-neutralizer, leaving your carpet clean and fresh. This process takes more time but its worth it.

Carpet rinsing is the most important part in cleaning. My carpet rinse leaves carpets soft with no sticky residue, it prevents resoiling and safer than competing rinses out there. It prevents browning, prevents yellowing, stabilizes colors, boosts cleaning and it is free rinsing.
